Ingredients

Carrots (peeled & diced)
1
Green apple (cored & diced)
1 cup
Almond milk
1 scoop
Protein powder
1/2 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
Ground ginger
1
Frozen banana (sliced)
OR 1 cup of ice cubes
Step by Step Instructions
- Peel & dice the carrots and apple.
- Put he carrots, apple, almond milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and ginger into the blender and blend until they are all well mixed.
- Add either the banana slices or ice cubes, then blend until the smoothie is well mixed. Pour and enjoy!
